Doctor X who wishes to remain anonymous, claims the disorganisation and chaos in the current medical market, along with pressure from regulators, is swaying doctors to pursue careers in illicit markets. They claim that since working in this "sorta greyish-black" market, their blood pressures have come down, they get paid on time and there’s no stock-outs other than the usual Christmas time dry spell.

“Working out of my car has enormous benefits and allows me flexible working hours. It’s just so ambient. On top of this we are able to help patients with a wider array of treatment options and formats”, one Doctor said. Asked if there was any concern around the legalities of how they were operating, their response was “give me the cops over the TGA any day thank you”.

Asked about the difference in patient profile, his response was an immediate "the streets are much kinder".
